lewis 21 Report post Posted May 17 It states in the BOC that the Secretary should maintain the minute book etc. But what about the Treasurer's accounts. Mike Martin 143 Report post Posted May 19 As private Lodges it is up to us to keep our funds and records in proper order and this should be detailed within the Lodge's By-Laws, however, the Met/Prov/Dist Grand Master has powers under Rule 74 to call such documents, should there be an issue, for inspection.
